1. Prepositions of Place

- Prepositions of place show the position of a person or object.
- They tell us where things are.

📌 Common prepositions of place:
in, on, under, next to, behind, in front of, between, opposite, near, among, above

✨ Example Sentences:
- The cat is on the bed.
- My bag is under the table.
- The school is next to the bank.
- He is behind the tree.
- The bus stop is in front of the shop.
- The ball is between two shoes.
- The bank is opposite the post office.
- The café is near the school.
- The child is among friends.
- The clock is above the door.

2. Can / Can’t 

The verb "can" is a modal verb, and it is used to express:

✅ Ability (what someone is able to do) → I can swim.
✅ Possibility (if something is possible) → We can go to the park.
✅ Permission (asking for or giving permission) → Can I go out?

📌 The negative form is "can't" (cannot). It means something is not possible or not allowed.

💡  Important:

- The verb after can/can’t is always in its base form (no -s, no -ing, no "to")!
-  Can and can’t are the same for all subjects!

3. There is / There are

We use "There is" for one thing.
We use "There are" for more than one thing.

✅ There is a book on the table.
✅ There are two chairs in the room.

More examples:
– There is a cat in the garden.
– There are three apples on the plate.
– There is a pencil in my bag.
– There are five students in the classroom.
